e-mail support is provided as possible without obligation. Feedback
and reporting of issues is encouraged from all users of our
products and technologies.

Priority Support
Organizations using Pismo Technic Inc. products are encouraged to
pay for Priority Support. This gives priority to issues affecting
these organization. More importantly, it provides compensation to
Pismo Technic Inc., to keep the products well maintained and
available.
Pricing for Priority Support is based on estimated deployment. The
standard charges in US dollars are:

1 year Pismo File Mount Audit Package Priority Support
$100 + $50 for each server + $10 per desktop

1 year Ptiso ISO/CFS Tool Priority Support
$50 + $50 for each server + $5 per desktop

1 year Pismo Trace Monitor Priority Support
$100 + $10 for each server/desktop
Example: If an organization deploys Pismo File Mount Audit Package
to an estimated 10 servers and 25 desktop systems then the annual
support fee would be $850.
